You may enter the talent show two ways:
(1) fill in the on-line entry from the link below, OR
(2) print the on-line entry page, fill out, and mail to Pam Worden - 4830

The application
deadline will be July 15, 2011 for all entrants. Anyone can send in
an application at any time, however Johnson County residents will have
priority for placement in this year's contest. Should we not have
enough entrants to fill the schedule from Johnson County, we will
schedule the remaining spots to residents from other counties.

All applicants will be
contacted by mid-July as to their participation in the 2011 Talent Show.
All entrants must attend orientation being held at the Johnson County
Fairgrounds, at 6:30 p.m. on July 27. Social Security
Identification must be supplied at the orientation.

Vocalists are strongly encouraged to practice and perform with the
assistance of a vocal coach and/or a live accompanist. We understand
that live accompanists are expensive, and sometimes very difficult to
obtain for some performers. We will allow prerecorded accompaniment with
multiple instrumentation. Any prerecorded tape with backing vocals is
not allowed, and the act will be disqualified.

as a lot of changes have been made this year. It is very important that
these rules are followed otherwise the act will be disqualified.
