Would you like to showcase your business or non-profit organization to the public? With free parking and no admission charge at the gate, we attract over 70,000 people to experience the 4-H and FFA Fair judging, food, entertainment, and all of the promotional exhibits.

We are currently accepting reservations for exhibit space inside our three exhibit buildings and surrounding outside spaces. We have a variety of exhibits that include commercial businesses and non-profit organizations.

2011 Forms:
  • 2011 Promotional Important Exhibitor Information
  • 2011  Promotional Exhibitor Reservation Form 
    Fill in form, print and mail. Debit/Credit Cards will not be accepted
  • 2011 Big Ten Rental Form for Booth Materials
  • Send a 2011 Aero Rental Form for Booth Materials Certificate of Liability Insurance (Accord Form 25-S) from your insurance carrier listing you as the insured, and naming Johnson Co. Ag Association 4-H Fairgrounds as the certificate holder.
Mail the insurance form to the same address as the reservation form. Or send via FAX to 319-338-2291

We are not accepting any new food vendors in 2011
