Would you like to
showcase your business or non-profit organization to the public? With
free parking and no admission charge at the gate, we attract over 70,000
people to experience the 4-H and FFA Fair judging, food, entertainment,
and all of the promotional exhibits.
We are currently accepting reservations for exhibit space inside our
three exhibit buildings and surrounding outside spaces. We have a
variety of exhibits that include commercial businesses and non-profit
organizations.

Fill in form, print and mail. Debit/Credit Cards will not be
accepted

2010 Big Ten Rental Form for Booth Materials

Property Insurance Form or send a Certificate of Liability Insurance
(Accord Form 25-S) from your insurance carrier listing you as the
insured, and naming Johnson Co. Ag Association 4-H Fairgrounds as the
certificate holder.
Mail the insurance form to the same address as the reservation form.

NOTES:
We are not accepting any new food vendors in 2009.

- We will be taking names of exhibitors who would like to be on a
waiting list should all of our spaces be rented before the fair and
cancellations occur.
2 - We have assorted sizes of outside spaces available. Rental
space cost based on size of display. Contact us for details.
